RWS Launches Language Weaver Pro AI Tool

This performance claim directly challenges the existing market, arguing that a larger, more specialized model surpasses both dedicated translation tools and general-purpose AI.

Accessibility for enterprise teams is a core feature. The model is now natively integrated into the Trados portfolio, RWS’s established translation management platform. This integration allows organizations to leverage the new AI capability within their existing localization workflows without disruption, a significant advantage for complex operational environments. The exclusive partnership, highlighted in recent earnings calls, is branded under RWS’s broader Language Intelligence capability, encompassing not just the model but also the essential governance and compliance tooling required by major clients.

Cohere CEO Aidan Gomez emphasized the foundational role of this technology, stating that high-quality translation serves as essential infrastructure for international business. The launch signifies a major step in RWS’s strategic shift under CEO Ben Faes, who is steering the long-established company from traditional services toward AI-first solutions.
