Ahead of the NAB Show 2026, Eluvio has launched the commercial version of its next-generation platform, the Content Fabric “Bucharest Release.” This unified system delivers significant advancements in three key areas for broadcasters and content owners: live broadcast distribution, direct-to-consumer (D2C) streaming and monetization, and inline AI video intelligence. The company also announced registration details for its keynote presentations and demonstrations at the upcoming industry event.
Industry leaders currently grapple with inefficient, costly legacy distribution models and AI workflows that are difficult to scale. According to Eluvio CEO and co-founder Michelle Munson, the new release directly confronts these challenges. “The Bucharest release tackles these problems head-on with a unified zero-copy architecture,” Munson stated. “It replaces outdated economics with an any-to-any distribution model that maintains efficiency at scale while delivering the performance and monetization capabilities essential for premium video. The future of IP video is already here.”
For broadcast distribution, the platform offers a transformative alternative to satellite and legacy cloud solutions. Its decentralized architecture allows a single ingest workflow to serve all downstream endpoints, whether for business affiliates or consumer apps, without creating file copies. This model eliminates per-receiver cost increases and performance degradation. The system guarantees broadcast-grade determinism with sub-500ms global latency and advanced synchronization, all delivered over IP without centralized points of failure. It supports flexible ingest from various sources and provides end-to-end security with multi-layer encryption and automated session authorization.
On the consumer-facing side, the platform enhances D2C OTT streaming with major performance gains, including an 8x increase in live stream serving capacity and drastically reduced delivery latency. It supports premium formats like stereoscopic HFR 4K and Dolby Atmos. A new no-code OTT Experience Builder allows for the rapid configuration of branded storefronts and portals. The release also introduces Pocket TV, a white-labeled microsite for frictionless content sales that requires no login or collection of personal information, which is already being deployed by a major US broadcast network. Comprehensive, real-time analytics provide insights across both B2B and D2C streams.
A cornerstone of the announcement is Eluvio AI, featuring the Eluvio Video Intelligence Editor (EVIE). This architecture provides inline, frame-accurate video intelligence natively within the media platform. It performs AI inference on live and on-demand content without requiring file copies, movement, or transcoding, supporting a range of open-source and custom models.
Eluvio will showcase the Bucharest release and related customer case studies at NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas from April 19-22. Demonstrations will be held in West Hall Meeting Room W237 and the AI Innovation Pavilion Booth W2300E. Scheduled speaking engagements include a presentation at the NAB Sports Summit Theatre on April 19 and keynote sessions in the Eluvio meeting room on April 19 and 20. CEO Michelle Munson will also speak at a broadcaster breakfast on April 21 focusing on the future of satellite replacement.
