As detailed by Persona Central, the images reportedly come from an outsourced art team, and are said to have been verified by several well-known Persona leakers with strong track records. The leaked artwork allegedly shows a blond male character and a female character with black and red hair. There’s also a piece depicting a railway station, with a figure believed to be the protagonist standing nearby.
More recently, a ‘P6’ logo and additional concept art also leaked, and those too were met with copyright takedowns across social media.
It’s been a long wait for fans. The last major mainline entry, Persona 5, launched in 2016, with Persona 5 Royal arriving on the Switch in 2022.
