I posted a video to YouTube walking through my first 24 hours with the Fitbit Air. In it, I cover a full unboxing and compare the device physically to the Whoop 5.0/MG band, Polar Loop, and Amazfit Helio. I also include on-wrist shots for both myself and my wife, showing how it fits her smaller wrist.
After that initial hardware overview, I waited a full day before diving into the new Google Health app, which closely resembles the revamped Fitbit Public Preview app released over the past six months. Using data from the Fitbit Air, I share my first impressions from that 24-hour period, including running and cycling metrics.
