New Relic has announced the appointment of Simon Rizkalla as the new Vice President of Customer Advocacy for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure, Rizkalla is well-equipped to drive customer success across this dynamic market. His background includes serving as co-founder and CEO of HybridAI, in addition to holding senior sales and leadership roles at major technology firms such as Cisco, Red Hat, and Alcatel-Lucent.

Operating from Singapore, Rizkalla will oversee the Customer Advocacy function, working directly with clients to speed up platform adoption, tackle significant business issues, and help them surpass their observability objectives.
