I recently attended Meta Conversations 2026 in London, and this year’s gathering was laser-focused on one thing: turning messaging into a revenue engine. The event highlighted how brands can now reach potential customers faster than ever, while consumers gain frictionless access to businesses they actually want to buy from.
The centerpiece of the keynote was a disruptive announcement: the launch of the Meta Business Agent. This isn’t just another chatbot. Meta is rolling out enterprise-grade, autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex daily operations without human intervention.
Unlike rigid, rule-based systems, these agents understand conversational context, manage multi-turn dialogues, and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple languages.
