Grove Street Games has officially revealed BeastLink, a multiplayer kaiju action game set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. The title will enter Early Access this summer, with a PC closed beta test kicking off on May 8.
According to the developer, the game’s premise is a world that didn’t end, but evolved. Humanity now clings to existence in shattered strongholds while colossal creatures rule the ruins. Survival hinges on the very technology that caused the collapse. BeastLink introduces a fresh experience where humans, vehicles, and towering Beasts clash inside fully destructible cities at an unprecedented scale. Players fight through war-torn urban environments, collect a coveted serum, and use it to Link with massive Beasts, each possessing unique abilities and combat styles. The gameplay allows switching between human and beast forms across multiple modes, solo or with others. Deploying vehicles like cars, helicopters, tanks, and aircraft adds another layer of chaos, enabling players to bring everything crashing down. The stronger the Link grows, the more power one commands, but the risk of being consumed increases. The proprietary “SuperDestruction” technology powers a groundbreaking destruction system where skyscrapers can be smashed, city blocks obliterated, and the skyline reshaped, with everything reducible to dust.
The key features highlight a deep gameplay loop. Players earn serum and BeastLink with dormant Kaiju, unlocking unique abilities, playstyles, and devastating powers. The battlefield integrates Humans, Vehicles, and Beasts in one space, requiring team-based warfare where every role matters. The Superdestruction system is fully networked and physics-based, allowing players to collapse buildings, carve new paths, and weaponize the environment. Each match reshapes the map because nothing is off limits, with each map containing hundreds of thousands of destructible items. Multiplayer Mayhem supports up to 32 players and multiple active Beasts on huge maps, delivering chaotic gameplay at scale. Players can Master Unique Beasts from a growing roster, ranging from agile aerial hunters to relentless close-range brutes. The narrative component, A World on the Edge, invites players to uncover the truth behind the world-ending outbreak and the cost of keeping humanity alive.
