Koei Tecmo and developer Gust have officially announced Blue Reflection Quartet, a comprehensive collection for the series. The package is scheduled for a global release on July 30 and will be available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. This definitive edition bundles console remakes of the Blue Reflection: Ray anime and the Blue Reflection: Sun mobile game alongside the existing console titles.

For Western audiences, the release will be digital-only. In Japan, physical editions will be sold for PS5 and the original Switch. Pricing for the Japanese market is set at 7,480 yen for the standard edition, 11,330 yen for the Premium Box, and 24,200 yen for the Special Collection Box. The premium bundles can also be purchased with a Steam download code. It is important to note that the Switch 2 version is digital-only and constitutes a separate product from the Switch version, with no ability to transfer save data between the two platforms.

The Blue Reflection series, under the character design and supervision of renowned illustrator Mel Kishida, explores the emotional lives and deep bonds of teenage girls. Blue Reflection Quartet brings all four core narratives into a single, accessible collection. New features provide a more detailed look at the setting, helping newcomers understand the events while offering deeper insights for returning fans.

The collection includes several enhanced entries. The original Blue Reflection console game follows a former ballerina who uses her powers as a Reflector to forge connections and combat a global threat. This version receives updated high-resolution textures and new visual effects, alongside quality-of-life additions like an autosave function. Blue Reflection: Ray adapts the anime’s story of clashing Reflectors into a condensed 3D experience, allowing players to follow characters Hiori and Ruka. It expands the narrative with new short stories and connecting prologue and epilogue segments.

Blue Reflection: Sun, originally a mobile game about hope in a dying world, has been remade as a full console title using the systems from Second Light. It includes 24 new character events alongside its main story. Finally, Blue Reflection: Second Light returns with its tale of amnesiac girls in a strange world. This re-release integrates eight additional playable characters from Ray and Sun and adds them to the Photo Mode. It also introduces several gameplay enhancements like increased battle speed, faster exploration, and event fast-forwarding.

A comprehensive Reference database provides players with chronological event flowcharts and character relationship maps across the entire series, deepening engagement with the lore. The collection also features a gallery showcasing official artwork by Mel Kishida.
