The errors in the Fallout recap were particularly egregious to fans of the series. The AI narration incorrectly placed the scene in “1950s America,” while the actual setting within the show’s narrative is the year 2077. Furthermore, the recap oversimplified a critical narrative choice. It stated that The Ghoul gave protagonist Lucy MacLean (Ella Purnell) an ultimatum to “die or leave with him” on her quest.
