IFS has launched a major expansion of its IFS Loops agent platform, introducing 10 Digital Workers equipped with 50 agentic skills to automate high-volume operational tasks. A near-term roadmap promises 100 skills by December 2025, targeting mission-critical workflows across manufacturing, energy, utilities, telecommunications, construction, aerospace & defense, and service industries. These templated Digital Workers operate autonomously to manage complex processes like field dispatch, supplier coordination, customer order management, and inventory replenishment. They integrate with enterprise systems, providing real-time intelligence, audit-ready compliance, and deep domain-specific understanding.
Unlike conventional automation tools, robotic process automation (RPA), or standard Generative AI, the IFS Loops Digital Workers handle intricate workflows, make context-driven decisions, and continuously enhance operational performance.
