This strategic move unifies business consulting with technical delivery expertise, creating a single, powerful resource for clients. The combined entity now boasts a workforce of around 220 professionals, cementing a partnership that has already proven successful through numerous joint customer projects in recent years.
The integration means clients now have access to a unified partner for all their needs, from business strategy and program management to deep technical implementation on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. D6 Consulting, established in mid-2022, earned a stellar reputation for its work in project and program management, business analysis, and consulting, with a sharp focus on AI, cloud, and data transformation. Their business consulting prowess will now enhance Arinco’s established specializations, which include AI, data, digital applications, cloud, modern work, security, and Co-Ops, forming a more complete service portfolio for organizations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Chris Padgett, Arinco’s CEO, expressed his enthusiasm for the merger. “We are delighted to welcome the talented D6 Consulting team into the Arinco family. Their exceptional capability in consulting and program delivery is a perfect match for our technical expertise. With Microsoft’s increasing emphasis on AI-driven transformation, this integrated team is perfectly positioned to help our customers achieve their desired business and technology outcomes, enabling us to manage larger and more complex programs from start to finish.”
Joanne Spencer, the CEO and Co-Founder of D6 Consulting, will take on the role of AI Transformation Practice Lead at Arinco. She noted that the move felt like a natural progression. “Our teams have a strong history of collaboration on client engagements. Becoming part of Arinco provides us with the scale and robust platform needed to assist a greater number of organizations in reaching their transformation objectives.”
This acquisition comes at a time of remarkable growth for Arinco.
