Raiders, the rumors are true. After a long reluctance to venture below ground, the Nomadic Envoys have finally arrived in Speranza. These enigmatic travelers are on the hunt for valuable gear and weaponry, offering trades you simply won’t find anywhere else.

One of their number, Ermal, has set up camp in Speranza, bringing a selection of enticing Topside trades. Raiders who have reached Level 25 can barter high-value ARC materials and any stockpiled rare weapons for some lucrative rewards. These include expanded Stash space, which resets if you depart on an expedition, and Expedition Vault access, allowing you to safely store up to five of your most prized items for retrieval after an expedition.

Ermal also features a rotating weekly stock of items, including cosmetics, blueprints, Raider Tokens, and various gameplay and progression items tied to current Raider projects. He’ll return each week with fresh offerings as he coordinates with his fellow Nomads, so be sure to catch his latest deals before he moves on.

Dev Note: We’re closely monitoring your feedback and data to keep the balance fair and challenging. For the first week, only a single Stash expansion and five expedition vault spaces will be available to gather initial feedback and adjust prices before adding more. Offers will rotate, so if you miss something one week, it may reappear in a future stock rotation.

Meanwhile, Tian Wen has been busy in her workshop again. Meet the Rascal, the newest weapon for tackling armored ARC threats. This lightweight, compact launcher packs a surprising punch despite its quirks. It’s slower to reload and a bit unpredictable on aim, but it serves as a reliable sidearm for those wanting anti-ARC firepower without the bulk of a Hullcracker.

Additional updates include the Extended Barrel mod improvement, end-of-round changes, the Sandveil Set, and facial hair style sideburns. The Sheath Set will arrive on June 2nd.

Several fixes address player teleportation when standing on destroyed ARC parts, and the Photoelectric Cloak power cost has been reduced from 10/s to 5/s. Weapon durability has been adjusted, and the Queen and Matriarch will now step over objects more often than through them, reducing unfair knockback.

A new option to block players after reporting has been added, alongside updates on security and anti-cheat. ARC vision through bushes and smoke has been refined, rewarding strategic positioning: raiders near cover edges are easier to spot, while those deeper in foliage or behind smoke are harder to detect. Sound perception has also improved, with ARC more sensitive to open outdoor sounds but less reactive to indoor noises or sounds passing through geometry.

The Firefly now applies fire more accurately, matching visuals more closely, and brief flame grazes feel less punishing. The Rocketeer’s multiple missiles are now spread over a larger area to prevent unfair hits. The Cloud of Renewal effect on the Tactical Mk. 3 (Healing) Augment has changed to an AoE, with healing increased from 20 to 45 and cooldown raised from 30s to 45s. The Combat Mk.3 (Flanking) Augment now accepts Medium Shields for increased survivability.

Bettina’s base fire rate has increased from 235 to 250. Durability changes from the last patch were too harsh on some weapons, so we’ve increased their lifetime to align with others. Weapon mods now affect aim-down-sights transition speed for scoped weapons. The Extended Barrel bullet velocity bonus has increased from 25% to 30%, damage falloff distance by 15%, and it’s been renamed to Extended Barrel III with two new lower-tier variants.

Other fixes include ARC flying getting stuck, Queen and Matriarch stepping over objects, reduced ARC perception on first spawn, and various ARC spawning and visibility issues. Cloth physics have been updated for more natural movement, and audio improvements include distinct sounds for Bastion and Bombardier target switches, comb filtering for footsteps, and better binaural audio for height and elevation perception.

Players are now immune to stuns while entering a Raider Hatch, preventing interruptions. Fixed issues include downed players moving out of bounds, fire not buffering during dodgeroll or climbing, teleportation on destroyed ARC parts, floating characters on disconnect, and incorrect expedition timer display. Agave Juice now Quick Moves into available Quick Use slots instead of the backpack.

Free loadout Augment sell price has increased from 100 to 660. Environment fixes address low-res textures, dark shading, clipping structures, and floating objects. End-of-round changes let raiders see all squad members, successful or not, with social actions like reporting, muting, or blocking. Performance and stability improvements include a fix for stuck loading screens.

The Sandveil outfit scarf may appear stretched with long hairstyles, and players can fall from the map near Pilgrim Peak’s building. Known issues include missing damage on training dummies, regen effects not applying after revival, and occasional animation glitches.

On the anti-cheat front, following a positive rollout in THE FINALS, Denuvo Anti-Cheat will come to ARC Raiders starting May 19th, initially to a limited player pool with plans to expand. We will not use Denuvo’s DRM service and are working to minimize performance impact. Combined with Anybrain, we’re strengthening our systems. Keep sending reports of any suspicious activity,it’s highly appreciated.

See you topside, Raiders. //Ossen
