RAM and storage configurations will vary by model, reaching up to 2GB and 64GB, respectively.
Battery life is a focal point of this year’s upgrades, echoing trends seen in recent Apple Watch releases. The 44mm Watch 9 is expected to pack a 445mAh battery, matching the capacity of last year’s Watch 8 Classic, while the 40mm version will retain its predecessor’s 325mAh cell.
