A major new solution for professional video production is set to arrive in North America. Following its initial global launch at ISE 2026, the Miri V410 live 4K encoder/decoder will be presented to the North American market at the 2026 NAB Show in Las Vegas. Attendees visiting booth N1561 will have the opportunity to see this powerful device alongside Miri’s latest advancements in resilient connectivity, including the new miriOS software foundation.

Engineered for both live streaming and AV-over-IP workflows, the V410 prioritizes an exceptional user experience without sacrificing technical capability. It supports a wide array of formats, from established standards like SRT, RTMP, and NDI to the emerging OMT protocol, and features robust connectivity options including built-in Wi-Fi 7. Control is streamlined through an elegant browser-based interface, a front-panel LCD screen, and configurable physical buttons. Thoughtful design elements, such as a prominent, customizable tally light ring and front-panel VU meters, provide clear visual feedback for operators in any environment.

The unit’s flexibility is a core strength. It can be user-configured to operate as either an encoder or a decoder. In encoder mode, it handles a single 4K Ultra HD stream at 60 fps or two simultaneous 2K QHD channels. As a decoder, it can process two concurrent 4K streams from most supported source formats. With comprehensive I/O including HDMI, 3G-SDI, and USB, the V410 also performs real-time transcoding, converting NDI High Bandwidth, HX2, or HX3 IP inputs into standard streaming formats.

“The response to the V410 since ISE has been tremendous,” said Ryan Brenneman, Co-Founder and CTO of Miri Technologies. “Its accessibility resonates with less technical users, while seasoned professionals appreciate the integrated latest technologies and nuanced design that drives operational efficiency. We are eager to demonstrate it at NAB.”

Alongside the V410, Miri will highlight its continued leadership in reliable internet connectivity. The demonstrations will focus on the enhanced X510 dual-cellular bonding router, last year’s NAB Show Product of the Year award winner, and the new miriOS platform. This software foundation combines a customized OpenWrt-based operating system with built-in Speedify bonding and failover technology. It powers the X510 and extends its resilient connectivity capabilities to compatible third-party routers, creating a robust platform for fast, fault-tolerant internet essential for live production.

“After previewing miriOS, we’ve dedicated ourselves to refining it based on extensive beta feedback and expanding router compatibility,” Brenneman added. “We look forward to showcasing the results of that work at the show.”
