A major new partnership between InfraX, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, and global technology leader Ericsson is set to accelerate the digital transformation of the UAE’s utility sector. The two entities formalized their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding at GITEX Global 2025, with a core focus on deploying Internet of Things (IoT) and automation innovations to modernize utility operations.

This agreement expands upon the organizations’ existing relationship, aiming to co-develop specialized IoT and automation applications, share critical technical knowledge, and implement scalable, future-proof solutions.
