The agreement was officially signed at the Expand North Star 2025 event, hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy at Dubai Harbour. Key figures present for the signing included Saeed AlGergawi, Vice President of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Federico Menna, CEO of 28DIGITAL.
