Aston Martin has unveiled a truly unique creation: the Vanquish Volante Wave Edition. This one-of-a-kind luxury convertible, commissioned through the brand’s exclusive Q by Aston Martin bespoke service, will make its global debut at the prestigious Naples Winter Wine Festival on January 31, 2026. The vehicle will be auctioned at the event, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) and its mission to aid underprivileged children in Collier County, Florida.

The Wave Edition is a masterclass in personalized automotive artistry, with its design narrative drawn directly from the serene beauty of Florida’s coastline. Designers from the Q division sought to capture the rhythm, reflection, and tranquility of water in motion. This inspiration results in a car with a distinct dual character: an exterior brimming with energy and an interior sanctuary of calm.

On the outside, the car wears a special Q Iridescent Sapphire paint. This captivating blue finish features a subtle green shimmer, designed to mimic the play of light on water around the Southern Florida Everglades. The visual drama is heightened by Gloss Black tinted carbon fiber body packages, seamlessly blended with an extended body-color upper section to emphasize the car’s flowing lines.

A bespoke Club Sport White livery sweeps across the gloss black carbon fiber, reminiscent of waves crashing against coastal rocks. This exclusive graphic treatment includes a wave-inspired lower pinstripe, accents on the Formula 1-inspired bonnet louvres, and markings on the side fenders and rear shield. Striking red brake calipers provide a vivid contrast, subtly echoing the red buoys found in Florida’s waters. Further defining the sides, gloss black carbon fiber strakes feature a white V12 logo that complements the wave theme.

Stepping inside reverses the visual tempo entirely. The cabin presents a serene, light-filled space centered on a Glacier White primary color scheme, detailed with Gloss Black carbon fiber. Pale Blue contrast stitching forms a bespoke, abstract wave motif, embroidered into the headrests and engraved onto the sill plaques. The same Club Sport White pinstripe from the exterior flows across the rear cabin’s carbon fiber crossbrace. A final, subtle nod to the coastal inspiration comes from a Red Anodized start/stop button, mirroring the exterior’s buoy-inspired accents.

“The Vanquish Volante Wave Edition is a sculpture in motion,” said Vittorio Gabba, Commercial Head of Q Operations at Aston Martin. “It embodies the beauty and dynamism of water while delivering the pulse-quickening performance that defines our brand. This unique commission channels the spirit of Florida’s coastline through the artistry of Q by Aston Martin.”

As the platform for this extraordinary vehicle, the Vanquish Volante itself is a formidable machine. It holds the title of the world’s fastest and most powerful front-engine convertible. Its heart is a twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 engine, producing 835 PS and 1000 Nm of torque. This enables staggering performance: 0-62 mph acceleration in just 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 214 mph. The meticulously engineered convertible roof can be operated at speeds up to 31 mph, opening in 14 seconds and closing in 16.
