With a career spanning more than two decades, Kappers arrives with substantial leadership expertise from prominent technology firms. He most recently served as Vice President of Enterprise Applications at NetApp, a multi-billion dollar data storage corporation. There, he directed an international team responsible for modernizing essential business platforms, including customer relationship management and subscription management systems. A significant part of his work involved implementing automation and artificial intelligence to refine workflows and boost productivity across sales, support, and customer success divisions.
Before his tenure at NetApp, Kappers held senior roles at Broadcom, where he founded the Enterprise Program Management Office and acted as IT Chief of Staff. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT strategy, managing supplier relationships, and handling investment controls. His professional foundation was built at Deloitte, where he worked on application deployments and IT process engagements in both Chicago and Sydney.
