A significant wave of HubSpot June 2026 updates has arrived, primarily focused on expanding the capabilities and reach of AI agents while simultaneously deepening the Revenue Hub’s integration with core financial processes. Key releases include a new CLI for coding agents, the Prospecting Agent becoming available on every paid hub, the Customer Agent now handling forms and invoices, and a major shift toward generating intent signals directly from your own CRM data.

The most notable change in data intelligence is the introduction of new intent signals derived from your own CRM activity. Instead of relying solely on third-party sources, HubSpot now scans deal notes, call transcripts, and meeting logs to automatically identify key stakeholders and customer pain points. These insights are then added as structured signals to the associated company record. This transformation of unstructured data into actionable information allows teams to navigate multi-threaded deals with greater clarity, capture pain points the moment they are mentioned, and trigger pain-specific nurture workflows automatically. This feature is live for all hubs on Starter plans and above, using HubSpot Credits.

In the Revenue Hub , two major features are in public beta. First, price books allow you to define collections of products and prices that can be assigned to deals manually or via filter-based rules. This eliminates manual quote adjustments for scenarios like referral discounts, partner pricing, or regional variations. Second, a new connected CPQ, billing, and payments flow creates an end-to-end quote-to-cash experience. An accepted quote now automatically generates a contract record that governs billing, upgrades, downgrades, and renewals. This is designed to remove the disconnect between quoting and payments for recurring-revenue teams, though beta limitations include the inability to edit invoices generated by a contract’s billing schedule.

The Prospecting Agent has been unlocked from its previous Sales Hub requirement and is now available on any paid hub starting at Starter. This opens up its use to marketing teams for qualifying inbound leads, customer success teams for monitoring expansion signals, and ops teams for re-engaging dormant contacts. Meanwhile, the Customer Agent has gained two significant new skills: it can now provide the first response to form submissions in a shared inbox, and it can locate invoices and collect payment links directly within a chat conversation. Both are live or in public beta for Professional and Enterprise tiers.

For content creators, the Content Agent can now generate a full blog post draft from a recommendation made by HubSpot’s AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) tool. This private beta feature costs 1,000 credits per post but provides a working draft tailored to a specific visibility gap. Additionally, Smart Deal Progression has received four updates in private beta, including a Catch Up tab with next-step recommendations, a Gmail extension for deal context and email replies, and a Stalled Deals view to flag deals losing momentum.

Several other updates improve usability and control. The activity timeline now has a “view all properties” option for tasks, calls, and meetings, eliminating the need to navigate away for custom properties. A new HubSpot Agent CLI provides a structured interface for AI coding agents like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to interact with your account, ideal for scheduled, recurring tasks like reporting and summaries. To manage costs, feature-level credit limits now allow you to cap AI usage per feature rather than portal-wide. Furthermore, you can now control which contacts the Customer Agent engages with via email using segment-based include and exclude rules.

Workflow automation gets a boost with the ability to reference a record created earlier in the same workflow, eliminating the need for a second workflow. Finally, the Omnichannel waitlist in Service Hub ensures that unassigned tickets now enter a queue and are automatically routed when an appropriate agent becomes available, with new reporting on wait times and performance impact.

June’s releases underscore a clear direction: HubSpot is equipping its AI agents with broader access and deeper functionality, while the Revenue Hub is maturing into a system where quoting, billing, and payments are genuinely interconnected. For managers, the immediate focus should be on the newly available Prospecting Agent and the new intent signals. For admins, the Agent CLI and feature-level credit limits are crucial for safe and scalable AI deployment.
