Microsoft Ads has officially launched Product Explorer, a new reporting tool built to offer advertisers a centralized dashboard for monitoring product catalog health and performance, confirmed Navah Hopkins, Microsoft Product Liaison.

For brands managing expansive product feeds, pinpointing which items are eligible to serve, generating impressions, or missing essential data has often been a challenge. Product Explorer is designed to streamline this process.

What’s new. The tool introduces a fully searchable view of an advertiser’s entire product catalog. Users can filter products by attributes like SKU, title, GTIN, and product ID. This allows advertisers to quickly identify which products are active, currently serving ads, and driving measurable performance.

What it does. Product Explorer actively highlights eligibility issues, metadata gaps, and other roadblocks that prevent products from serving. It also surfaces recommended actions to resolve those problems and enables advertisers to export filtered product lists for deeper offline analysis.

Why we care. By merging feed diagnostics with performance reporting into one interface, Microsoft is simplifying the process of moving more products into a servable state and spotting underperforming inventory. Advertisers now gain access to searchable catalog reporting, product-level performance data spanning the previous 30 days, issue detection, and actionable recommendations to improve feed quality.

The big picture. Retail advertisers are placing greater emphasis on feed quality as product-based advertising grows more automated. Visibility into catalog health can directly influence campaign reach and overall performance.

Availability. Hopkins noted that Product Explorer should already be live in advertiser accounts.
