Just one week before the official launch, detailed renders from WinFuture and coverage from 9to5Google suggest the device will feature minimal design changes compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
The most significant shift appears to be under the hood. Rather than adopting a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, the Z Flip 8 is reportedly powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 2600 chipset. This marks a generational step up from the Exynos 2500 found in the Z Flip 7, but the overall performance difference may not be dramatic for everyday users.
Beyond the processor, the only other notable upgrade is support for 45W wired charging. That would be a meaningful improvement over the slower charging speeds of previous models, though it still lags behind some competitors.
