Spatial has unveiled Analogue 2, a groundbreaking collaborative design tool built exclusively for Apple Vision Pro, revolutionizing how creative teams work in 3D environments. This end-to-end platform eliminates the need for coding while enabling real-time collaboration, iteration, and high-fidelity project finalization in immersive spatial computing.
Thomas Hale, Spatial’s chief product officer, emphasized the transformative potential of the tool: “Teams can now step inside their ideas together, experiencing projects evolve in real time. This shared context accelerates innovation and decision-making like never before.”
Analogue 2 introduces two core modules, Workspace and Designer, each tailored for seamless spatial collaboration.
Native OpenUSD support ensures compatibility with industry-standard pipelines, addressing long-standing interoperability challenges in 3D production. As an early member of the Alliance for OpenUSD, Spatial is driving open metaverse initiatives alongside leaders like Pixar, Apple, and Adobe.
Wilhelm Oehl, chief experience officer at Eight Inc., highlighted the tool’s potential: “Spatial computing merges with traditional design to create human-centered experiences, redefining workflows for global brands.”
Looking forward, Spatial plans to expand its ecosystem with Analogue 3 for visionOS 26, introducing real-time collaboration with Logitech Muse, and Analogue Portal, a companion app extending immersive access to iPhone, iPad, and Mac users.
Calin Pacurariu, CEO of Spatial, called the launch a milestone: “Analogue 2 demystifies spatial design, offering intuitive yet powerful tools that lay the foundation for an open, platform-agnostic creative ecosystem.”
Available now on the App Store, Analogue 2 marks a leap forward in spatial computing’s role in design. Since 2017, Spatial has pioneered tools that redefine teamwork through immersive technology.
