Asus has unveiled a striking new gaming tablet, the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, developed in partnership with Kojima Productions. This limited-edition 2-in-1 device, revealed at CES 2026, blends high-performance hardware with distinctive artistic design inspired by the studio’s iconic Ludens mascot. The collaboration extends to a curated set of peripherals, creating a complete ecosystem for dedicated fans and gamers seeking both power and unique style.
The tablet’s aesthetic is a direct result of work with legendary artist Yoji Shinkawa. Its chassis features angular CNC-aluminum cutouts and carbon fiber accents, with bold typography that channels the Ludens character. Shinkawa noted his goal was to craft a gadget that felt like it belonged to Ludens, integrating that essence into the PC’s design. This thematic consistency carries through to the power adapter, packaging, and even the Armory Crate carry case, which evokes the distinctive look of the Death Stranding universe.
Under the hood, the device is engineered for serious performance. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with Radeon 8060S Graphics. This setup includes 16 Zen 5 CPU cores and 40 RDNA 3.5 GPU compute units, all supported by a unified 128GB memory architecture. This specification targets demanding gaming sessions and intensive content creation workflows with equal capability.
For the display, users get a 13.4-inch Nebula Display with 2.5K resolution, a 180Hz refresh rate, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage. The high refresh rate ensures smooth gameplay, while the color accuracy benefits creative tasks. The tablet also includes a detachable keyboard, enhancing its versatility as a portable gaming and productivity station.
Alongside the tablet, Asus and Kojima Productions are launching a matching accessory collection. This limited-edition lineup consists of the ROG Delta II-KJP gaming headset, the ROG Keris II Origin-KJP Edition gaming mouse, and the ROG Scabbard II XXL-KJP premium mouse mat. All three pieces share a cohesive sleek white and black design with gold accents, featuring logos and slogans from both the studio and ROG.
While an official price has not been announced, the Asus Flow Z13-KJP is anticipated to arrive sometime in the middle to latter part of the first quarter of 2026. The companion accessories have a more precise launch window; they are scheduled for release on February 4, 2026. Pre-orders for these peripherals are currently available through Best Buy.
