Without proper oversight, security vulnerabilities may emerge. Agent 365 serves as a centralized control panel for all bots, whether developed using Microsoft’s own tools or third-party platforms.
At the heart of Agent 365 is a unified registry listing every active agent in an organization. Each bot receives a unique identification number, along with details about its usage and tasks. Administrators can modify agent settings and define precisely which parts of the company’s software each agent is authorized to access, ensuring both efficiency and security.
