Power Mind Inc., the technology division of Qatar’s Power International Holding, has dramatically increased its operational efficiency by implementing a new automation platform. The company developed NeuraBots.ai, a service-based automation solution built on the UiPath Platform for Agentic Automation, to streamline complex workflows across its six subsidiaries and core business units. This strategic move addresses longstanding productivity challenges while generating substantial cost savings.
Power International Holding operates across numerous sectors including energy, construction, telecommunications, healthcare, and real estate. While this diversified portfolio creates business synergies, it also introduced complicated manual processes that slowed operations and increased expenses. The organization particularly struggled with labor-intensive procedures in supplier onboarding, financial operations, and human resources management. These inefficiencies created bottlenecks that affected hundreds of business units, pushing outdated systems beyond their practical limits.
To overcome these operational hurdles, PowerMind created NeuraBots.ai as an integrated automation solution. This platform enables employees to collaborate with software robots and AI agents while maintaining compatibility with existing enterprise systems. The implementation has already automated more than 170 processes across multiple departments, resulting in more secure operations, faster turnaround times, and significant financial benefits.
The automation initiative has produced measurable improvements in productivity and accuracy, particularly in critical functions like bid management, payroll processing, and invoice handling. The organization has achieved notable cost optimization alongside enhanced operational performance throughout its business ecosystem.
Jasim Abdul Rahman, Group CIO of Power International Holding and CEO of Power Mind Inc., explained their strategic approach: “We had already achieved strong results with UiPath for complex processes across our organization when we recognized the potential to advance our automation program using Agentic AI capabilities. The UiPath Platform’s orchestration features particularly impressed us, as they allow software robots, AI agents, and human employees to work collaboratively. This led directly to our development of NeuraBots.ai, PowerMind’s Agent-as-a-Service solution built on UiPath’s Agentic AI foundation.”
Ashraf El Zarka, UiPath’s Regional Vice President for Middle East and Africa, commented on the partnership: “Power International Holding’s automation journey demonstrates how visionary leadership combined with advanced technology can produce extraordinary results. Through NeuraBots.ai, they’ve achieved remarkable productivity and efficiency gains that show the unlimited innovation potential when human expertise and artificial intelligence work together. At UiPath, we’re proud to support forward-thinking customers who are establishing new benchmarks for what’s achievable with Agentic AI.”
The success of this automation initiative has earned PowerMind a nomination for the Qatar Digital Business Award 2025 in the “Best AI Solution – Corporate” category, recognizing their innovative application of Agentic AI technology.
