NiCE has appointed Jeff Comstock as its new President of CX Product & Technology, a role he will officially begin on October 1, 2025. In this position, Comstock will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Scott Russell and will become a key member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Comstock arrives at NiCE after a notable 25-year tenure at Microsoft, where he most recently held the position of Corporate Vice President overseeing the Customer Experience applications business. His responsibilities included managing Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Centre, and the integration of AI-powered copilots and AI agents throughout the product suite. During his time there, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience division experienced significant growth, posting double-digit year-over-year revenue increases in the latest quarter.

With more than twenty years of experience, Comstock is recognized as a veteran in developing and expanding enterprise Software-as-a-Service applications. He combines deep technical knowledge with a strong record of product leadership, having directed worldwide teams in product development, engineering, and artificial intelligence. His background includes guiding numerous products from their initial concept through to widespread market acceptance.

Comstock earned an MBA with High Honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University.
