A major new alliance between NextEra and ServiceNow is set to accelerate digital transformation across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa region. This collaboration brings together ServiceNow’s advanced AI-driven workflow capabilities with NextEra’s deep regional expertise, aiming to modernize enterprise operations and drive innovation at scale.
As part of the agreement, NextEra will establish a proximity center at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, while ServiceNow will launch a Centre of Excellence focused on training and equipping the local workforce with essential digital skills. A central feature of the partnership is the introduction of Agentic Central offerings built on the ServiceNow platform, which will help organizations deploy generative AI and automation solutions more rapidly and effectively.
The collaboration is designed to address specific regional requirements, including the development of an Arabic user interface and highly localized solutions that cater to unique business challenges. Industry-specific platforms will be created for key sectors such as energy, banking and financial services, public services, and giga-projects.
