This 27-inch QHD monitor delivers a premium feature set, including a blistering 320Hz refresh rate and excellent color performance, at a price point that challenges established competitors. It proves that exceptional gaming performance is becoming increasingly accessible.

The market for 27-inch QHD gaming monitors is fiercely competitive, making it difficult to find a genuinely poor display. Most options come from familiar brands, but occasionally a new contender emerges. KTC, which stands for “Key To Combat,” enters the arena with the H27E6. This model boasts an IPS panel with a native 300Hz refresh rate, overclockable to 320Hz, alongside Adaptive-Sync, HDR400 certification, and a wide DCI-P3 color gamut. The most striking feature is its cost, coming in at a very aggressive $270.

On paper, the H27E6 is impressively equipped. The QHD 2560×1440 resolution paired with a 300Hz/320Hz refresh rate is a combination rarely found at this price. Adaptive-Sync works flawlessly with both AMD and Nvidia graphics cards, and HDMI 2.1 ports ensure console gamers can also benefit from Variable Refresh Rate (VRR). The color performance is another highlight, covering over 101% of the DCI-P3 gamut without quantum dots. After calibration, it achieves strong accuracy. A standout feature is the ability to calibrate the white balance even in HDR mode, a level of control uncommon in this segment.

In practical use, the H27E6 shines. Once calibrated, the image quality is superb for both SDR and HDR content. The video processing is exceptionally smooth, with the 320Hz overclock proving reliable. In fast-paced titles, the combination of high refresh rate and quick panel response makes for an incredibly fluid and responsive experience, where input lag becomes a non-issue. For systems that can’t maintain extremely high frame rates, the MPRT strobing feature works effectively to improve motion clarity, though it disables Adaptive-Sync.

As a daily-use display, the 27-inch QHD format offers a sharp 109 pixels-per-inch density. The anti-glare coating performs well without adding graininess. The wide color gamut provides vibrant, pleasing colors, though it can be slightly oversaturated for standard SDR content. The sRGB mode locks out gamma adjustments, which can flatten the image, but the ability to still adjust grayscale in this mode is a rare and welcome feature.

Ultimately, the KTC H27E6 feels like a polished product from a veteran brand, not a first attempt. It successfully marries excellent picture quality, top-tier motion handling, and a distinctive design. Its performance and features far exceed what its modest price tag would suggest, making it a formidable weapon for competitive gamers and a fantastic value for anyone seeking a high-performance gaming monitor.
