This patch focuses on continuing the Anniversary Celebration while introducing fresh cosmetic bundles and resolving several persistent hero-specific bugs.
Phase 2 of the Rivals’ Day 2025 festivities begins on December 4th. The celebration features three key events. First, Van Dyne’s: Grand Opening offers a limited-time feature for a Psylocke – Daring Daifuku Costume and Emoji. A special Grand Opening Deal means you can obtain the set for as little as 100 Units, with a guaranteed maximum cost of 2,400 Units. This sale runs from December 4th to December 18th.
Second, the Rivals’ Day Times Square Countdown invites players to join a virtual celebration on December 6th. Participating in the midnight countdown (UTC) yields a fireworks display, 200 Units, and the epic Rivals’ Day 2025 title. You can also claim these rewards by entering the Times Square map within 72 hours after the countdown concludes.
Third, the Your Marvel Rivals Year in Review event lets players relive their annual journey with a personalized Rivals Rewind report. Available from December 6th, sharing your report will grant an additional 200 Units.
Due to overwhelming player engagement, the Marvel Zombies limited-time mode has received a significant extension. The battle against the Queen of the Dead will now continue until January 16th, 2026, at 09:00 UTC.
New items are arriving in the store. The Luna Snow – Cherry Delight Bundle will be available for a limited period from December 5th, 2025, to January 2nd, 2026.
