Kuiper Mission: Constellation Surpasses 100 Satellites

Amazon’s ambitious Project Kuiper has now launched more than one hundred satellites into low Earth orbit, marking a major milestone in its plan to provide global broadband internet access. This growing constellation represents a significant step toward bridging the digital divide for underserved and remote communities worldwide.
The initiative, designed to offer fast and reliable connectivity, began its deployment phase in April 2025 with the successful launch of its first twenty-seven satellites. That initial mission set the stage for an extensive campaign involving over eighty additional launches needed to complete the full network. Once fully operational, the system will consist of more than 3,200 satellites working together to deliver high-speed internet service to customers across the globe.
