Belkin has unveiled an innovative wireless charging solution at the IFA tech show in Berlin, designed to merge convenience with functionality. The UltraCharge Magnetic Charger stands out with its unique collapsible ring-shaped kickstand, allowing users to prop up their phone for hands-free viewing while it charges. Alternatively, the ring can function as a magnetic grip, making it easier to hold the device securely during use.

Built around the advanced Qi2 wireless standard, this charger delivers up to 25W of power and incorporates passive cooling technology to maintain optimal performance and protect battery health. Available in both black and white, the unit includes an integrated 6.6-foot USB-C cable. While the attached cable may limit mobility when using the ring as a carrying grip, it remains a practical feature for those who prefer accessories like PopSockets—a versatility not commonly found in chargers from brands like Apple or Google.

The device also offers a flat charging mode for times when propping or holding isn’t necessary. Pricing and availability vary by region: the charger will launch in the US in November or December, with other markets receiving it in October. Although the exact US price is still to be confirmed, it is expected to range between $29.99 and $39.99.

Alongside the magnetic charger, Belkin introduced several other accessories. These include a 75W BoostCharge Retractable Car Charger priced at $29.99, though a US release date has not been announced. Also revealed were two versions of the BoostCharge Pro Dual USB-C GaN charger: a 50W model arriving in September for $39.99, and a more powerful 67W version slated for early next year at $49.99.
