The immense popularity of Pokémon Pokopia, the relaxing life simulation title from Nintendo and The Pokémon Company, has prompted the creation of a new hardware bundle designed to drive even more Switch 2 sales. Nintendo officially announced the package today.
Slated for release on 5th June 2026, this bundle pairs the Switch 2 console with a full game download code for Pokopia. At this early stage, Nintendo has not disclosed pricing or pre-order details. The bundle will be available through “select retailers” and the My Nintendo Store, but for now, availability is confirmed only in Australia and New Zealand.
Nintendo stated: “Build your charming utopia with this Nintendo Switch 2 + Pokémon Pokopia bundle, available from 5th June! Keep an eye out for this bundle on My Nintendo Store and select retailers in Australia & New Zealand.”
The company has promised further details soon, and if the bundle expands to other regions, they will share that information. This announcement follows the recent launch of a Switch 2 bundle featuring Pokémon Legends: Z-A as well as a separate Mario Kart World bundle.
Pokémon Pokopia itself made a powerful debut earlier this year in March, selling over 2.2 million units globally within its first four days. Though the title saw a physical in-store release, it is technically a game-key card, not a traditional cartridge.
