For the Festive Cherry Hot Cocoa recipe, seek out the chest beside the small pond next to the carousel. Finally, the Festive Mint Hot Cocoa recipe is located in a chest by the building near the fast travel well. Opening these chests grants you the 4-star dessert recipes.
Every festive cocoa variation shares a common base. You will always need one Festive Cocoa Bean, one Milk, and one Sugarcane. The final ingredient defines the flavor: a Blueberry, a Cherry, or a Mint. It is crucial to note that standard Cocoa Beans will not work for these special drinks.
Festive Cocoa Beans are exclusive to the festival and can be found by the picnic blanket on its outskirts. For the other ingredients, you have options. Milk is purchased from Remy’s Chez Remy restaurant for 230 Star Coins, and Sugarcane is found by the pond near the carousel at the festival or bought from Goofy’s stall on Dazzle Beach.
