The event, held under the patronage of His Excellency Yousif bin Abdul Hussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, brought together top human resources and business professionals from across the Middle East. This year’s summit centered on the “Pure HR” concept, showcasing genuine success stories and advanced workplace strategies. Omar Al Bassam, Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, stressed that the honors mirror the organization’s core philosophy that employees represent the most valuable asset of any thriving enterprise. He explained that their strategy revolves around flexibility, skill development, health and safety leadership, recognition, and inclusion, all anchored in a culture that prioritizes people and stimulates both engagement and innovation.
