At GITEX Global 2025, Regula will present its latest identity verification solutions designed to address the pressing challenges faced by businesses in the UAE. A recent study by the company reveals that nearly half of all organizations in the region struggle with fragmented IDV systems, leading to increased costs and operational inefficiencies. This has created a strong demand for unified, automated verification processes that can streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key findings from Regula’s research highlight several critical pain points. Forty-five percent of surveyed companies report difficulties in automating and orchestrating their identity verification workflows. Another 42% face issues with fragmented user journeys that negatively impact customer experience. High costs resulting from managing multiple vendors affect 41% of organizations, while 40% cite poor integration and system incompatibilities as major hurdles.
Businesses in the UAE are actively seeking solutions to these problems. Forty-eight percent of respondents expressed a need for fully integrated IDV systems, 44% prioritize automated orchestration, and 46% emphasize the importance of delivering smooth and consistent user experiences.
Nikita Dunets, Deputy Director of Digital Identity Verification at Regula, explains that identity verification has evolved from a supplementary tool to a fundamental operational requirement. He notes that the rise of AI-generated fraud has intensified the need for reliable systems. According to Dunets, many companies are overwhelmed by the complexity of using numerous separate tools, which increases costs and introduces friction. Organizations now seek end-to-end solutions that can scale effectively while meeting regulatory standards and user expectations.
At the event, Regula will demonstrate its comprehensive in-house IDV offerings, which consolidate all verification steps into a single, seamless workflow. This approach covers the entire identity lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing reverification. Leveraging decades of expertise and thousands of global implementations, Regula has developed a versatile platform capable of addressing diverse verification scenarios, compliance requirements, and integration challenges.
Visitors to Booth CC1-14 in Concourse 1 can experience live demonstrations of Regula’s solutions and learn how to transition from disjointed systems to a secure, scalable, and efficient identity verification process.
