The Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards (EEA) has officially opened applications for its 2025 edition, marking the fifth year of this premier platform dedicated to honoring the nation’s most innovative and impactful entrepreneurs. This year’s program continues its mission to elevate and support the entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering a stage for visionary business leaders to gain recognition and accelerate their growth.
During a recent press conference, key figures including Amr Mansi, Founder and CEO of ievents and EEA, alongside prominent supporters like Onsi Sawiris of HOF Capital and Dina El Mofty of Injaz Egypt, shared their enthusiasm for this year’s expanded scope. Each emphasized the growing influence of the awards and their role in shaping Egypt’s economic future.
A distinguished panel of local, regional, and international experts will oversee the evaluation process, ensuring diverse and well-rounded perspectives. Applications are being accepted from September 9 through September 30, 2025. To qualify, businesses must meet specific criteria: at least one founder must be Egyptian, the company must be legally registered and operational in Egypt, and it should have been active for a minimum of two years but not more than ten. Previous finalists may reapply, though past winners must submit a new venture. Each company can only enter one category and must provide all necessary documentation to support their application.
Fifteen distinct award categories highlight the breadth of innovation across sectors. These include the AI Excellence & Deeptech Award, Fintech Forward Award, Green Innovation Award, and the Rising Star Award, among others. This variety ensures that creative and transformative businesses from all industries have the opportunity to shine.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for November 21, 2025, at the Grand Egyptian Museum, where winners will be announced in a celebration of entrepreneurial excellence.
Reflecting on the launch, Amr Mansi noted, “Each edition of the Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards reinforces its role as a convergence point for innovation and excellence. We are expanding our regional footprint, bringing together top companies and jurors from across the area to foster greater collaboration and recognition.”
EEA is organized by ievents and supported by a roster of strategic partners. Tatweer Misr returns as a key supporter, with Vodafone Business joining as the Official Technology Partner. Additional partners include EGBANK as the Official Bank Partner, Nestlé as Sustainability Partner, and Startup Scene as Exclusive Media Partner. Concrete continues as the Official Fashion Partner, while talabat Egypt and 16 Dash contribute as supporting partners.
Winners will receive more than just accolades, they will gain access to mentorship and resources from ecosystem partners such as LOGIC Consulting, AmCham, Entlaq, and Al-Naggar & Partners, helping to turn their award into a lasting advantage.
An esteemed advisory board, featuring leaders like Ahmed El Sewedy, Neveen El Tahri, and Yasmine Khamis, guides the initiative, lending their expertise to ensure its continued relevance and impact.
Through these efforts, the Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards reaffirms its position as a catalyst for growth, celebrating those who drive progress and inspire the next generation of business pioneers.
