Announced on September 30, this partnership is set to create a joint venture focused on rapidly scaling hyperscale and AI-driven data center infrastructure throughout the Middle East. The initiative aims to assist international operators entering the regional market while also providing Saudi and regional businesses with pathways to global connectivity. Although specific terms of the joint venture have not been made public, both companies emphasized its importance in strengthening digital infrastructure to keep pace with escalating demand.
Mohammad K. Al Abdulkarim, Chief Strategy Officer at Naizak Global Engineering Systems, remarked that the collaboration merges local market knowledge with ByteBridge’s worldwide expertise. This synergy is intended to deliver cutting-edge AI and data center offerings, draw international capital, and support the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan for economic diversification.
In a parallel development, ByteBridge also entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with FuriosaAI from South Korea on the same day. That agreement initiates preliminary cooperation and talks covering several facets of artificial intelligence advancement.
ByteBridge, which originated in Silicon Valley, describes itself as an international IT solutions provider delivering logistics, data center operations, and managed services. Naizak, established in 1998, operates as a Saudi IT services company under Al Abdulkarim Holding Co., a significant player in the import and export of electrical, communications, and information technology goods.
