Google DeepMind is a British-American artificial intelligence research laboratory. It was founded in 2010 and acquired by Google in 2014. DeepMind is known for its work on artificial general intelligence, and has developed a number of groundbreaking AI systems, including AlphaGo, which defeated a world champion Go player, and AlphaFold, which can predict the 3D structure of proteins.
