The absence of Alien Ant Farm’s hit track from the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 remake has left the band disappointed, sparking conversations among fans about the game’s revamped soundtrack. While classic songs like Motörhead’s Ace of Spades made the cut, others, including the band’s Wish, were notably left out.

When asked about their reaction to the omission, guitarist Terry Corso admitted it was a letdown. “Is it a bummer that we weren’t invited? Absolutely,” he said. “We get that they’re refreshing things, but it stings when you’re one of the cuts. Our song worked well in the original, it’s tough to see it go.” Lead vocalist Dryden Mitchell added that while their sound might not fit the punk-heavy vibe, diversity in music often makes soundtracks stand out.

Fan responses have been split. Some praised the return of tracks by CKY and Iron Maiden, while others expressed disappointment over missing favorites like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Zebrahead.

Tony Hawk himself addressed the soundtrack choices, explaining that he wanted to blend nostalgia with fresh discoveries. “I handpicked some different tracks by the same artists to keep things exciting,” he shared on Instagram. “Half the fun is stumbling onto new music, just like the originals did back in the day.”

Alongside the soundtrack shake-up, the remake introduces new skate parks and skaters, including an unexpected cameo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Michelangelo. The game launches July 11 across multiple platforms, including PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
